Self check-in process was confusing.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, with a jaw-dropping view of the nearby cathedral from the hotel room window. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was small but cosy and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is situated right in the center, making it easy to find anything you need within a few minutes' walk. The back yard of the nearby church was a nice surprise to see from the room. The free parking nearby until 9 am was very convenient. it was a fantastic stay with all the necessary amenities like wi-fi, luggage storage, flat-screen TV, lift, and a no pets allowed and no smoking on-site policy.

Nothing it was perfect.

The rooms at Burkardushaus, Tagungszentrum Am Dom are cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. The private bathrooms are clean and have all the necessary toiletries, making your stay hassle-free. Having a desk in every room is convenient, especially for someone like me who needs to work or write. The flat-screen TV in the room allows you to unwind and catch up on your favorite shows. I personally loved the safety deposit box in the unit, providing extra security for my valuables. The rooms also feature a lovely patio, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

While others might enjoy it, I personally would have preferred a bathtub in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with beautiful views of the Cathedral. Our room was cozy and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was helpful and we were able to park nearby for free. We highly recommend this hotel for its central location and comfortable accommodations. it was a fantastic experience.

A luxurious terrace for sipping champagne, a library for pretending to read books, and laundry services for those unfortunate enough to have to do their own laundry. Free WiFi, because why would I pay for such a thing?

Who needs reception staff? It's much more fun to wander around with your luggage, searching for storage space.
